Get the Help You Need!
There are things you can do to stay safe:
- Be Prepared. Know the people and organizations in your community who will help you if there is a raid.
- Find a safe space for you and your family to gather.
- Check in daily at your safe place to get news and resources.
- Get the contact information for your faith leaders.
- Grant Power of Attorney to your faith leaders.
- Organize! Your safe place is for you and your family to get immediate assistance and services. It is also a place for you and your family to be together to support me one another.
Know Your Rights!
If you are approached by ICE at home, at work, at school, on the street, or anywhere:
I do not wish to speak with you, answer your questions, or sign or hand you any documents based on my 5th Amendment rights under the United States Constitution.
I do not give you permission to enter my home based on my 4th Amendment rights under the United states Constitution unless you have a valid warrant to enter, signed by a judge or magistrate with my name on it that you slide under the door.
I do not give you permission to search any of my belongings based on my 4th Amendment rights.

¡Obtenga la Ayuda Que Necesita!!!
Hay cosas que se puede hacer para estar seguro:
- ¡Esté preparado! Conozca a la gente y a las organizaciones en su comunidad que les facilitarán ayuda si hay un asalto.
- Encuentre un lugar seguro para reunirse usted y su familia.
- Revise diariamemte su lugar seguro para conseguir noticias y recursos
- Obtenga información de contacto para su líder de fe( espiritual o religioso?)
- Conceda Poder notaria a su líder de fe( espiritual).
- ¡Organícese! Un lugar seguro para usted y su familia donde pueda conseguir ayuda y servicios rápidamente. También es un sitio donde usted y su familia puedan estar juntos y apoyarsevunos a otros.
¡Conozca sus Derechos!
Si ICE se le acerca a su casa, al trabajo, a la escuela, en la calle o a cualquier sitio, puede usted decir:
No quiero hablar con usted, ni responder a sus preguntas, ni firmar ni entregarle ningún documento basándome en mis derechos de la Quinta Enmienda de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos.
No le doy permiso para entrar en mi casa basándome en mis derechos de la Cuarta Enmienda de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos a no ser que tenga una orden judicial válida para entrar firmada por un juez o un magistrado con mi nombre escrito en ella y que puede deslizarla por debajo de mi puerta.
No le doy permiso para registrar cualquiera de mis pertenencias basándome en mis derechos de la Cuarta Enmienda de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos

Conozca sus derechos!!!
Si ICE se acerca a usted a su casa, al trabajo, a la escuela, por la calle o a cualquier lugar:
Usted tiene derechos constitucionales:
NO ABRA La PUERTA si un agente de inmigración llama a la Puerta se su casa, no abra
NO CONTESTE NINGUNA PREGUNTA si un agente de inmigración trata de hablar con usted. Usted tiene derecho a guardar silencio.
NO FIRME NADA sin antes hablar con un abogado. Usted tiene el derecho de hablar con un abogado.
Si usted está fuera de su casa, pregúntele al agente si esta libre de irse y si le dice que sí, váyase con tranquilidad.
ENTRÉGUELE ESTA TARJETA EL ARGENTE. Si usted está en su casa, muestre la tarjeta por la ventana o pásela por debajo de la puerta.
